Indication
The medicine contains the active substance semaglutide. This helps your body lower blood sugar only when it is too high and can help prevent heart disease.
The medicine:

It is important that you continue with your diet and exercise program as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or nurse.

Follow exactly the instructions for administration of this medicine indicated by your doctor. Talk to your doctor, pharmacist or nurse if you are not sure.
how much does it apply
The starting dose is 0.25 mg once a week for four weeks.
After four weeks your doctor will increase your dose to 0.5 mg once a week.
Your doctor may increase the dose to 1 mg once a week if the 0.5 mg weekly dose does not provide adequate blood sugar control.
Your doctor may increase the dose to 2 mg once a week if the 1 mg weekly dose does not provide adequate blood sugar control.
Do not change your dose unless your doctor tells you to.
When to use the medicine
You should use this medicine once a week, on the same day of the week whenever possible.
The injection can be done at any time of the day, regardless of food.
To help you remember to inject this medicine only once a week, it is recommended that you write down the day of the week you have chosen (for example, Wednesday) on the pack and write the date on the pack after each injection.
If necessary, you can change the day of the week for your weekly injection of this medicine if it has been at least 3 days since your last injection. Continue taking once a week after choosing a new application day.
If you use more than you should
If you use more of this product than you should, tell your doctor immediately. There may be side effects such as B. Nausea (nausea) occurs.
If you forgot the app
If you forget to inject yourself and:
